You will receive a digital access code before your arrival. The property has a keypad entry system, so there is no need to pick up physical keys.

The minimum stay is typically 2–3 nights depending on the season. During peak seasons and holidays a longer minimum stay may apply.

Private pools (heat based on season), beach canopy, chairs, beach towels, toys, cooler, corn hole, giant Connect Four, oversized checkers, electric bikes, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Yes! We provide bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and basic bath toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The kitchen is also fully stocked.

Yes! We offer complimentary use of our 6-seater electric golf cart. Those wishing to drive the golf cart must be at least 16 years old, present their valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance, and agree to our damage liability terms.

We offer flexible cancellation options. Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 7–29 days before. No refund within 6 days of check-in.

We always welcome service animals. Bella Vita Beach House also welcomes dogs that are < 50 lbs. A max of 2 dogs per stay. We do appreciate advance notice so that our cleaners can prepare and respond accordingly.

Yes. Our driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. No street parking.

Bella Vita is located just 1 block from Avenue G beach access — approximately a 60-second golf cart ride or a short 5-minute walk.
